Fleetwood, who finished T-3 at the 2024 Masters, has had a busy run of golf, so he has made the decision to take a break.

Kind of.

Fleetwood is caddying for Oscar Craig, his stepson, at the Challenge Tour’s UAE Challenge.

Images released by the DP World Tour showed Fleetwood beaming broadly.

Rose, the aforementioned, couldn’t resist adding a “dig” to the post on Instagram, writing: “That’s a carry bag @officialtommyfleetwood.” The tour bag—what’sthatabout?

Craig and Fleetwood enjoyed a pleasant round one each.

At Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, the amateur 17-year-old returned a scorecard with a bogey-free 3-under 69.

On the second round, however, he was having some difficulty.

Regarding caddies, Fleetwood did not have one during the 2024 Masters.

Ian Finnis, Fleetwood’s regular looper, is taking a leave of absence for medical reasons.

For the first major of the year, Fleetwood turned to Gray Moore, a local caddie at Augusta National.

At Augusta, Moore, seventy-nine, is no stranger to caddying.

Additionally, he had worked with Fleetwood on practice rounds in the past.

Fleetwood secured a third-place finish and received an incredible $1.04 million in prize money.

If Fleetwood left a 10% tip, Moore would have received a handsome $83,200 paycheck.

“I’ve known Gray since I first came to Augusta, and I asked him to caddie this week,” Fleetwood subsequently stated to reporters.

“It’s been incredible, and I’ve had a great time playing golf with him this week.

“Every time the Masters comes around, I always love to see him and hang out with him at Augusta, but actually going out with him was a real treat.

“All I can hope for is that he’s enjoyed his time with me as much as I have this week. It’s been fantastic.
