The 2024 Formula One season is getting closer, and there is still much discussion about Christian Horner’s future at Red Bull and Lewis Hamilton’s replacement at Mercedes. In addition to Aston Martin, Alpine, Sauber, Williams, RB, and Haas, four more teams have yet to reveal their 2019 liveries.
Max Verstappen will get a first look at Red Bull’s RB20 on Thursday, which could lead him to a record-breaking fourth world championship. All eyes will be on this event. It’s unclear if team principal Horner will be present following an eight-hour interrogation on Friday regarding claims of inappropriate behavior, which he refutes.
In the meantime, Hamilton will be hoping to experience love in his last season with the Silver Arrows before heading to Ferrari. Mercedes is launching their W15 on Valentines Day.

In an effort to investigate claims of inappropriate behavior made against their team principal, Red Bull held an eight-hour meeting on Friday with Christian Horner and an outside attorney.
The interrogation is thought to have happened at a covert location apart from Red Bull’s Milton Keynes F1 base.
The team’s original goal was to have the issue resolved in time for their RB20 launch on February 15, but that now seems improbable, and some think it might take until March.
As Red Bull considers their next course of action, former Formula One chief Bernie Ecclestone has urged Horner, who has refuted the claims, to “resign” from his position.
Red Bull slapped with £6m bill
Red Bull is going to pay for their unrelenting success in 2023.
According to FIA regulations, each F1 team’s entry fees are based on how well they performed in the previous campaign.
A base fee of slightly over £500,000 is paid by each team, plus an additional slightly over £5,000 for each point added.
With the exception of one Grand Prix, Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez helped Red Bull earn an incredible 860 points in the previous season.
The team must pay £5.9 million in total to secure a spot on the grid in 2024; Mercedes, the team behind them, will only have to pay £2.7 million.
Haas, who finished tenth in the previous season, will pay just under £600,000.
Toto Wolff meeting sparks frenzy
Toto Wolff was seen having coffee with Flavio Briatore, the manager of Fernando Alonso, in the midst of speculation that the Spaniard might take Lewis Hamilton’s seat at Mercedes.
The Aston Martin driver Fernando Alonso has implied that if Hamilton joins Ferrari in 2025, the Silver Arrows may pursue him.
Furthermore, a photo of Wolff and Briatore together is not likely to stop rumors from spreading.
“Breakfast with Toto Wolff” is the caption that Briatore wrote on an Instagram photo of him and Wolff seated across from one another.
