F1 LIVE: Russell learns Brazil GP fate as Verstappen lashes out at ‘terrible’ set up

The Brazil GP has already been shrouded in controversy before it even begins.

With the unpredictable weather and a chaotic qualifying session that resulted in multiple drivers being placed under investigation, the Brazil Grand Prix has already become engulfed in controversy.

George Russell, a British racing sensation, was caught up in the action and is currently walking on eggshells while waiting to learn the full extent of his fate before the race starts.

Russell received a two-place grid penalty for his involvement, and Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon of Alpine received the same penalty later on Friday night for similar offenses.

Max Verstappen, on the other hand, was furious, complaining about “awful” conditions on the team radio and calling on rival athletes, such as Charles Leclerc, to voice their opinions.

Although Verstappen is the overwhelming favorite to win in South America, any unexpected results cannot be completely ruled out due to the extreme and stormy weather.

Lewis Hamilton, the living legend of Formula One, has operated much more quietly on the circuit despite having had a hectic week at the track.

Hamilton remains in the headlines regarding his ongoing battle with Felipe Massa over a historic championship title dispute, which is greatly echoed this week by the fact he is back racing in his rival’s homeland.
