Red Bull confirm signing of talented driver for 2024

Tim Tramnitz, a German driver, has joined Red Bull’s young driver program.
He will compete in F3 the following year.

The 18-year-old, who competes in Formula Regional, has impressed with his performances and will have two victories and six podium finishes in 2023.

He will join the team where fellow German Sebastian Vettel, a four-time Formula 1 world champion who went through the same junior program, will be playing.

Tramnitz’s young career will next advance to F3, where he has already finished four days of testing for the Dutch team MP Motorsport.

In response to his promotion to the team, Tramnitz said, “Being a member of the Red Bull junior team opens up completely new opportunities for me.”.
“Recently, we weren’t sure if we could even move forward with Formula 3.
The new challenge is something I’m now really looking forward to.
“.

Along with Liam Lawson, Jak Crawford, Enzo Fittipaldi, and Sebastian Montoya, Tramnitz is the newest member of Red Bull’s junior driver program.

Not only did Vettel participate in the program in its early years, but so did three-time world champion Max Verstappen, Daniel Ricciardo, Carlos Sainz, and numerous other F1 drivers.

As Sergio Perez’s current contract expires at the end of the upcoming season and as Max Verstappen’s long-term prospects in the sport have recently been questioned, Red Bull has their sights firmly set on the future.
