Dustin Johnson expressed his displeasure with Bryson DeChambeau giving away his socks to a fan following a loss in a putting contest at the 2024 LIV Golf Adelaide event.
The activities took place from Friday, April 26, to Sunday, April 28. DeChambeau participated in a putting competition at The Garage Golf Club during a practice session. He missed the putt, so he gave his socks to a spectator. DeChambeau carried his shoes and walked barefoot to the club after the competition. Dustin Johnson, seated on the stairs, couldn’t resist asking about this after noticing it.
DeChambeau remarked, “I lost my socks in a putting contest.”
Johnson questioned, “You had to give your socks?”
“My socks were wanted by someone. “I didn’t make the putt,” DeChambeau answered.
That’s repulsive, Johnson declared.
Dustin Johnson’s response to Bryson DeChambeau walking around the LIV Golf Adelaide without socks was captured on camera, and Bryson posted the clip to his Snapchat account.
