Luke Littler sends fans wild as star accused of ‘taking the p***’ out of Michael van Gerwen

Luke Littler took a 4-0 lead into Friday night’s World Darts Championship final against Michael van Gerwen, stunning fans with his relentless performance.

Luke Littler’s debut in the PDC World Darts Championship final caught the attention of fans, many of whom were amazed by the teenager’s skill.

The 17-year-old Littlerer was aiming to improve on his final score in January 2024. He was also going after Van Gerwen\’s record for the youngest ever world champion, with the Dutchman claiming the title at the age of 24 back in 2014.

Van Gerwen had a few shaky moments early on and his opponent took full advantage. Littler almost immediately took a four-set lead and then hit double after double to try to close out the match.

The teenage sensation captured fans’ imaginations during his fairytale run last year, when Luke Humphries eventually denied him the title. And he has shown no signs of slowing down this time around.

\”Luke Littler is taking the utter p***,\” one fan wrote on social media. \”Littler isn\’t just pulling MvG\’s pants down, he\’s setting them on fire,\” was the reaction from another. Others pointed out that the teenager had done a double take: “That’s the key to happiness.” Van Gerwen was a man who had been there and done that before, but you’d be forgiven for thinking Littler was the experienced pro. \ “He [Van Gelven] said that it wasn’t just in the race.”

\ “He is playing as if he is blooming on the [Karan] ride, and doing something in something. Luke Ritrana has doubled 10 I love you as much as I like -other people said: \ “, taxes, Lucritors. \ “

Littler had suffered a major scare against Ryan Joyce earlier in the tournament, snatching a 4-3 victory, but he improved as the tournament went on, pushing aside Nathan Aspinell and Stephen Bunting ahead of his match with Van Gerwen. \ “There is a true chance that the finals of the World Championships can turn into defeat!” Dan Dawson, a commentator of Sky Sports, said in the first stadium. \

“One of the greatest players who launched darts is to hide from a 17 -year -old young woman at this time. \
