Chicago Bears’ Jonathan Owens make controversial statement amid Having Kids With Simone Biles in the Future

Safety Jonathan Owens is back with the Chicago Bears to take part in training camp after witnessing Simone Biles dominate the Olympics. In addition to getting ready for the new season, he and the most accomplished gymnast in Olympic history have discussed starting a family.

Biles and Owens have already expressed their desire to have children in the future. The Chicago celebrity disclosed that although they intend to have children, they will not force their offspring to participate in any particular sport or activity, such as football or gymnastics.

The couple wants their children to follow their passions without feeling compelled by their parents’ careers to do so. According to Owens, he doesn’t want to impose anything on their kids and will be there for them no matter what they decide to do. Biles agreed, saying that while having children is undoubtedly in their future plans, they would prefer to focus on achieving their own objectives right now.

The Olympian gymnast revealed that she and Owens talk about starting a family on a regular basis. Biles disclosed that although his spouse is keen to begin a family, they are taking their time to make sure they are prepared. The couple is thrilled about the idea of starting a family and is eager to tell their future children about their successes and life lessons.

Expanding on the idea that their kids wouldn’t have to play sports, Owens reaffirmed that their approach would be effective. The Bears safety said in a People article authored by Emma Aerin Becker and Johnny Dodd that he would prefer to concentrate on creating memories with his family.

I won’t try to push anything on them if that’s what they want to do,” Owens declares. “It goes without saying that they will know what their parents did, so we can relive those stories and memories with them and it will be cool for them to look at.”

He continues, speaking of Biles, “And she’s big on taking pictures and we’ll have stuff framed up for them.”

Owens goes on, “But really, I’ll just support them 100% no matter what they decide to do.” I don’t want to put pressure on them or give the impression that doing this is required because we did. For kids, that does usually work out.

Biles just had an incredible performance at the 2024 Summer Olympics, taking home three gold and one silver. She dominated the sport for more than ten years, cemented her place as one of the greatest gymnasts of all time. Owens, meanwhile, watched and supported his wife in Paris, skipping the start of training camp.

Now that Biles has achieved her Olympic goal, she can concentrate on becoming a mother and raising Owens. Many fans will be constantly watching the couple if this happens sooner rather than later.
