Just a few days before LIV Golf Houston got underway, Ian Poulter, Tyrrell Hatton, Henrik Stenson, and Lee Westwood discovered they were missing their clubs, and they were not happy about it.

Only a few days before LIV Golf Houston gets underway, Ian Poulter, Tyrrell Hatton, Henrik Stenson, and Lee Westwood are dealing with a serious problem.

A video of Poulter asking Hatton, Stenson, and Westwood—with varying degrees of irritation in their voices—where they thought their golf clubs were was uploaded on Thursday by the MajesticksGC’s X account. “Where are your clubs, Tyrrell?” Poulter enquired.

Hatton cursed and laughed, still searching his phone for a response. The 32-year-old Englishman responded in the same way when questioned about his suitcase once more. Sarcastically, Poulter shot back, saying, “Probably back in Heathrow.” Excellent work.”

“Heathrow,” was Westwood’s response when the 48-year-old asked where his luggage was located. I’m not sure where I am. Houston”—a statement that made Poulter laugh.

All things considered, this is merely the most recent episode in Poulter’s journey to the next competition without his luggage. The league took a break for the first time in a month in Houston, and Poulter was not happy to learn that he and Stenson would be traveling to the US without their clubs.

Poulter was notified that his golf bag was not on the same flight shortly after takeoff. Poulter expressed his displeasure at receiving a text message informing him that his bag would not be with him, even though he had no concrete proof to suggest that it was somewhere else in the world.

British Airways texted Poulter, saying, “Dear customer, BA regret to inform you that a bag has not travelled with you today.” Poulter posted the message on social media.

Poulter kept posting his opinions on the matter on his Instagram stories. “Very disappointing,” he said to his supporters. “Two hours and twenty minutes prior to the flight, I checked in.” What possible justification could there be? After three hours on the flight, I just got the email. If you hadn’t sent my golf clubs, I wouldn’t have bothered flying. Not able to breathe fresh air.”

In the unlikely event that the airline is looking for the bag, Poulter added that it was not “overweight” and provided a photo of its possible location.

Another message was added by Poulter, describing how Stenson’s clubs and his bag were located in the same general vicinity. “British Airways” For the record, there are golf clubs owned by @henrickstenson as well. As you search for mine, you might as well locate those as well. The one thing you guys excel at is charging airplanes.”

The second half of the season begins in Houston, and Poulter and the Majesticks would like to get off to a good start. It is currently ranked 12th, ahead of only Iron Heads GC and Kevin Na.

Hatton, on the other hand, is currently ranked eleventh in the individual standings after assisting Jon Rahm and Legion XIII to a comfortable second-place finish behind Crushers GC. LIV will be at The Grove in Nashville in late June.
